Dear Members,
The 37th Annual General Meeting will be held on 23 March 2024, Saturday, at 2pm in the audio-visual room in Chongfu School. This meeting will be a in-person meeting as we will be electing a new committee for another 3 years.
Members who choose to attend the meeting in person, kindly arrive at the venue before 1:30 pm so that we can have everyone seated before the commencement at 2pm.
